We have been offering chainstitching hemming service since establishment in 2010. Owning the rare, vintage Union Special 43200G (1970s) chainstitching machine, we are the only one in our region operating it like a workhorse, hemming more than thousands of denim jeans over the years since 2010

Doing it the traditional way not only adds authenticity to selvedge denim, but also improves the roping effect on the hem during fading.

As each pair of jeans requires around 30 mins for measurement, setting up, the actual chainstitching and trying out. We will appreciate that you book the timeslot for hemming service to avoid unnecessary delays.

How to book:

1) Select the colour of your thread. It is impossible to match the exact same colour of the original jeans thread, so you can only select in general colour.

2) Each pair requires 30mins, so One timeslot of 30mins is only One pair.

3) Click 'Book Now' and select the Date/Timeslot your prefer.

Note: Saturdays appointment only for drop off, where you will collect the following week.

4) Key in your name and email so that you can receive the booking confirmation.

5) You should receive Two email confirmation, (1) for order confirmation, (2) for timeslot confirmation.

6) Drop by our shop address here with your jeans.

 

Points to note:

1) Please make sure you have done the first soak/wash if you have a raw denim. 

2) We would appreciate you to wash your jeans if it is worn for sometime to respect the craftsman hemming for you.

3) Please do not send in jeans that has been modify, tapered on the bottom hem of the jeans due to the technical limitation of our vintage machine.
