You will receive an email notification when the purchased parcel is ready for pick up. In the email, you will find the Airway Bill for tracking.
WHAT IF I DO NOT RECEIVE MY PURCHASED PARCEL?
In this scenario, we appreciate if you can send us an email to communicate on this matter first. Give us a chance to track and find out the problem. Upon identifying the issue, we will take up the responsibility and do a full refund, if the lost parcel happens during shipping transition.
