This is a Silver-plated Nickel Wallet Chain by Obbi Good Label. It is a 'cuban' design attached to a belt hook and trigger hook on each ends. Use for securing your wallet or as an accessory commonly for leather long wallet, but not limited to mid and short leather wallets.
