Made in Japan using Iron Heart’s signature 7.5oz loopwheel cotton jersey, these graphic tees combine exceptional comfort, durability, and craftsmanship. Knitted on rare vintage loopwheel machines in Wakayama and finished with exclusive Iron Heart artwork, each piece is cut, sewn, and screen printed in Tokyo’s historic Old Town district.

Favoured by enthusiasts of Japanese denim, heritage workwear, and premium Made-in-Japan clothing, Iron Heart loopwheel t-shirts are renowned for their tubular construction, substantial hand feel, and long-lasting quality.

Our 7.5oz loopwheel cotton t-shirt, finished with an Iron Heart chest and back print. Made from 100% cotton, the loopwheeled fabric is knitted on vintage "tsuriam-ki" machines in Wakayama, Japan - one of only two factories in the world still manufacturing authentic loopwheel cloth. This low-tension, circular knitting technique produces very soft, tubular pieces of fabric, allowing for a garment to be constructed without any side seams. Each T-shirt is then cut, sewn and printed in the historic Shitamachi (“Old Town”) district of Tokyo.

One-Washed

  • Post construction, we wash the completed garment in an aggressive industrial washing machine. This process removes virtually all potential shrinkage.
  • No further shrinkage is expected when washed according to our care guidelines

Care Guidelines

  • We recommend washing this garment at 30°C with a low (or no) spin cycle. Hang dry, do not tumble dry
